At Rejuvenessence mediSpa we offer complimentary consults for all of our services. “Walk-ins” are welcome, but appointments are recommended.

New Clients

As always, we offer complimentary consults for all of our services. We strongly recommend all new clients have a consult prior to receiving treatments so as to inform you of the procedure and instruct you about pre-treatment preparations and skin care. Established clients should expect to receive a complimentary consult each time they plan to receive a service new to them.


At Rejuvenessence mediSpa, we appreciate your patronage, and we believe you should be rewarded for it! Our referral program allows you and your friends to reap the benefits. Once you and your referral have each made purchases totaling $75 or more, we will send you each a $25.00 gift card. For each new patient you refer who has spent a value of $75.00 or higher, you can  reap the benefits with our referral program. The more friends you refer the more benefit you reap! We share the love!

Cancellations & “No Shows”

A 24 hour notice is respectfully requested for all cancelled appointments. We understand things come up that are beyond your control. Rejuvenessence mediSpa reserves the right to require a credit card to hold appointments for those clients who repeatedly abuse this guideline. Repeated “No show” appointments may be charged a fee or be asked to make a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling.


We know your time is valuable. Every effort is made to keep your appointment at your scheduled time. In the event that you are tardy for an appointment, please notify us immediately. Please note that while we work hard to ensure your satisfaction, we may ask you to reschedule for another day/ or time if the schedule won’t allow us to adequately perform the service you desire in the appointment time remaining. If you arrive late for your appointment and another client is scheduled after your appointment, your service may need to be adjusted so as not to interfere with the next client’s appointment.


It is not customary for Rejuvenessence mediSpa to treat minors. Persons under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian present during the consult. Parental permission in the form of writing prior to any treatment will also be required. Parents receiving services should make arrangements for the care of their young children; children are discouraged from accompanying their adult counterparts who are receiving treatment.

Cell phones

At Rejuvenessence mediSpa we’ve worked hard to create an atmosphere that is both serene and relaxing for our patients. As a courtesy, please refrain from using cellular devices while in our facility, both speaking and texting. Please silence your mobile device upon entering our facility.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination. Gifts cards have no cash value. All sales are final.

Package Rates

Package rates are available for many of our services.


It is standard operating procedure for us to take photographs of our patients before and after they receive treatments here at Rejuvenessence mediSpa. Of course your privacy is a priority and the photographs will not be published or shared with anyone without 1st receiving your expressed consent.


Rejuvenessence mediSpa is a fee for service organization. Payment in full is due at the time of service. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not contract with any insurance carriers. We are happy to provide you with a statement of service received which you may wish to submit to your insurance carrier.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is a main concern of ours. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchase here at Rejuvenessence mediSpa, please contact us right away. We are pleased to accept returns within 15 days for store credit, upon approval. Sorry, no returns on prescription products. Sorry, gift cards are not refundable.


For your safety and health, smoking is not permitted in the Enterprise Centre Building.
